Cancellation Policy
I know things happen and plans don’t always go as expected! I’m very lenient when it comes to cancellations and I truly understand that emergencies/unexpected things pop up! Out of respect for my time and other clients, here’s my general policy:
• 48+ hours’ notice: You’re welcome to reschedule with no fee.
• 24–48 hours’ notice: May be subject to a 50% charge of the service.
• Less than 24 hours or no-shows:
Will be charged 50% of the service.
That said, 24 hours is not always a cancellation fee. I know things come up, so please just reach out as soon as you know you can’t make it! Communication is everything, and I’ll always do my best to work with you!
